Job summary

Vanguard's Financial Advisor Services (FAS) in Malvern is seeking a Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SRT and AIRM, shaping workflow solutions that serve advisors and intermediaries.

You will partner with Sales, the Sales Development Desk, Client Account Administration, strategists, engineering, and production support to translate opportunities from discovery through delivery and adoption, define measurable outcomes, and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management with end-to-end ownership of a digital product.
• Experience owning workflow or BPM applications and improving end-to-end processes.
• Ability to make trade-offs and prioritize using customer insight, data, value, risk and feasibility.
• Experience delivering system integrations, including APIs and data flows.
• Strong analytical skills with product instrumentation and metrics.
• Strong communication and influence to translate problems into clear requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple products and stakeholders while staying focused on high-value outcomes.
• Preferred experience with the Appian low-code platform.
• Experience delivering AI/automation capabilities in production workflow apps.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for SRT and AIRM.
• Own and refine the product backlog and coordinate delivery across teams.
• Identify and deliver AI capabilities to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
• Define product instrumentation and metrics to monitor demand and value.
