RoVR seeks a Product Manager to own how clinics experience RoVR's agents, ensuring outputs are trustworthy and traceable. You will connect user needs with agent capabilities, working closely with engineering, design, and customers to drive impact across document intelligence, voice, and copilot experiences.

You will spend time in healthcare settings to observe workflows, define success, and deliver focused releases that improve clinician and staff efficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering user-facing products.
• Experience shipping AI or LLM-powered products.
• Ability to trade off with engineers on agent behavior, evals, and latency.
• Demonstrated track record turning ambitious ideas into early releases.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core area of RoVR's agent experience.
• Spend time in clinics to understand front-office and clinical workflows and translate them into releases.
• Define quality with engineering and determine when a human review is needed.
• Build experiences that help users verify AI work with citations and confidence.
• Turn opportunities into small releases and use customer feedback to decide next steps.
• Keep the product simple as capabilities expand, deciding what to automate and surface.
