Based in the heart of NYC and backed by leading venture capital firms/visionary healthcare leaders, RoVR is on a mission to transform the future of healthcare. We are seeking mission-driven engineers, designers, and operators to join our team and help us build the foundational operating system that will drive medicine for the next century.
We are looking for a Product Manager to own how clinics experience RoVR's agents. Generating an answer, a call, or a filed document is only part of the challenge. Clinicians and staff need to trust the output, see where it came from, review what needs a human, and fold it into how their clinic already runs.
You will own a core area of the agent experience, spanning document intelligence, voice, and the copilot that providers and staff use every day. You'll connect what users see and do with the agent capabilities underneath, working closely with engineering, design, and customers.
Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core area of RoVR's agent experience, from discovery through launch and iteration.
Spend real time in clinics: understand front-office and clinical workflows firsthand, and turn them into focused releases.
Define quality with engineering: what "good" means for each agent, how we measure it with evals, and when a human must review.
Build experiences that help users verify AI work: source citations, confidence, and review queues that make the risky items obvious.
Turn broad opportunities into small, early releases; test the riskiest assumptions first and use customer feedback and usage data to decide what's next.
Keep the product simple as capabilities expand: decide what to automate, what to surface, and where users need control.
5+ years of product management experience building user-facing products, ideally B2B workflow or vertical SaaS.
Experience shipping AI or LLM-powered products, and enough technical depth to make tradeoffs with engineers on agent behavior, evals, and latency.
A track record of making complex workflows simple without losing the capabilities users need.
A history of turning ambitious ideas into useful early releases, then deciding clearly to expand, change direction, or stop.
Evidence that you can learn an unfamiliar domain fast and own decisions within it.
Nice to have: healthcare experience (EHRs, practice operations, RCM, or clinical workflows).
