Job summary

Vituity is seeking an Agentic AI Product Manager to champion customer and stakeholder needs throughout the development lifecycle. This role focuses on solving problems with user-centered AI-enabled solutions, while ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in product management, hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic frameworks, and a background in healthcare or related enterprise platforms. Remote work is supported nationwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3–4 years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business needs to technical solutions with engineering teams.
Curiosity-driven learning and staying updated on industry trends.
Cloud technologies knowledge or certifications preferred.
Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.

Responsibilities

Champion needs of customers, business teams, and stakeholders throughout development.
Develop and document clear business requirements bridging stakeholders and engineering.
Lead product development phases and manage communications between business and engineering.
Build rapid PoCs using AI tools and agentic frameworks for stakeholder feedback.
Define requirements for agentic systems and translate prototypes into enterprise-ready specs.
Coordinate timely delivery and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
