Job summary

Roger is seeking a Product Manager who will live in the customer world, partnering with clinicians and agency leaders to understand workflows and identify high-impact problems. You will translate needs into specs, work closely with engineers from discovery to launch, and align cross-functionally with sales, CS, and operations to ensure real-field impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management in an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• Technical background through engineering, CS, or hands-on AI/ML work.
• First principles thinking—break problems to fundamentals.
• Strong customer instincts from fieldwork, calls, and data.
• Experience owning workflow-heavy or operational products.
• Comfort with tradeoffs and speed without sacrificing quality.
• Clear communicator who writes specs engineers want to read.
• High ownership mentality in ambiguity.
• Mission-driven: care about healthcare and clinician impact.

Responsibilities

• Live in the customer's world: talk to clinicians and agency leaders weekly and understand workflows deeply.
• Own product discovery and direction: identify high-impact problems and translate into clear specs.
• Partner closely with engineering: work with engineers from spec to launch.
