CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead discovery and delivery for a flagship AI platform in claims processing. You will own discovery with claims processors, manage the squad backlog, and partner with Data Scientists to shape model logic and rules.

The role requires strong cross-functional influence in a fast-growing program. You’ll contribute to defining success metrics, collaborate across engineering, UX, and business teams, and present decisions to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI/ML products.
• 2+ years of user research translating complex workflows into buildable product requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery in complex organizational environments.
• 2+ years working in Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, and scope management.
• 2+ years demonstrating strong verbal and written communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Leading user research and discovery with claims processors and operations teams to understand workflows, friction points, and opportunities for AI-driven decision support
• Owning the squad backlog and sprint delivery: writing requirements, setting priorities, and making scope tradeoffs with a clear eye on outcomes
• Partnering with Data Scientists to define model logic, validation criteria, and the product rules that determine what the system recommends and why
• Driving cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Defining and tracking success metrics tied to operational efficiency, decision quality, and user adoption
• Representing product decisions clearly to senior leadership and operational partners
