Job summary

Assembled is seeking a Product Manager in San Francisco to lead the development of agentic automation that governs staffing and scheduling for customer support operations. You will guide product strategy from concept through launch and adoption, shaping packaging and pricing tied to automation value.

You will work with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to scale a mature platform with live customers, delivering autonomy while maintaining guardrails and customer trust.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to align cross-functional teams.
• Track record of taking ambiguous, 0-to-1 products from concept to production and adoption.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, using data and insights to guide decisions.
• Sound judgment about AI behavior, reliability, and human-in-the-loop when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for agentic automation and tie outcomes to customer value and revenue.
• Define controls, visibility, and evaluation methods to ensure trusted autonomous decisions.
• Test the product with customers in live operations and measure impact and adoption.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams on packaging, pricing, and launch strategies.
