Job summary

UiPath, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive the agentic automation strategy, shaping how coding agents build and operate automations across the platform.

You will influence the direction of UiPath's own AutoPilots and external agents, balancing deterministic workflows with non-deterministic agents in complex business processes. You will engage with customers, partners, and engineers, turning learnings into crisp direction and actionable prototypes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical PM or engineering roles focusing on automation and orchestration.
• Experience shipping infrastructure for builders and developers.
• Deep fluency in agentic AI: tool-calling, coding agents, evals, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision for how agents build and operate automations across the platform.
• Design skills, tools, and APIs to connect external coding agents to UiPath.
• Evolve UiPath coding agents (AutoPilots): deployment, reasoning, and handoffs to humans/agents.
• Define how non-deterministic agents slot into deterministic workflows with clear contracts.
• Partner with large customers on production deployments and troubleshoot root causes.
• Prototype and ship reference implementations using coding agents as leverage.
• Translate the evolving agent landscape into a coherent UiPath point of view and product.
• Define metrics and ruthlessly prioritize product efforts.
• Represent UiPath's agentic automation narrative to customers, partners, and industry forums.
