True Talent Solutions Partners seeks a Product Manager for staffing and AI agent platforms in San Francisco. You will own product strategy for staffing marketplaces, shape workflows, and design agent-based features that automate operations across customer supply chains.

The role requires 3–10 years of product management experience, a track record of shipping at scale in fast-growing startups, and strong SQL skills plus familiarity with Claude AI.

• Three to ten years of product management experience owning complex products at fast-growing startups, with tangible business results.
• A track record of shipping products at scale with speed in early-stage, ambiguous environments and across cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical skills, including SQL, and fluency using AI tools such as Claude in your workflows.
• Experience across multiple product areas or domains, such as marketplaces, matching and recommendations, recruiting, AI-enabled platforms, or operational software.
• Ability to work with non-technical users and understand industries such as logistics, supply chain, or healthcare.
• Experience building agentic AI products is valuable. Strong computer science fundamentals or a technical degree are also relevant.

Responsabilidades

• Write detailed product requirements and partner with engineering, product engineering, and machine learning teams to deliver products.
• Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfilment, matching quality, and operational efficiency.
• Design agents that understand context, reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, and execute work.
• Define agent behaviour, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks to improve reliability and performance.
• Use data to investigate marketplace and product questions, including writing SQL queries.
• Prototype and validate ideas with customers, design partners, operations teams, and field teams, then launch and iterate across regions and operating environments.
• Communicate product strategy, systems, and workflows clearly across technical and non-technical teams.

About the Role

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
