Pylon, the agentic support platform for B2B, is hiring a Product Manager in San Francisco to own an entire product area end to end.

You will work closely with engineering, design, PMM, sales, and customer teams to define problems, scope solutions, and drive launches that deliver real business outcomes. This role requires in-person presence in San Francisco and a track record of shipping impactful products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product experience delivering real business outcomes.
• Ownership of a meaningful product area from discovery to launch.
• Ability to work with engineering, design, PMM, sales and customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Own an entire product area end to end from discovery to iteration.
• Know a single customer persona deeply and act as SME.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to build the product and with GTM teams for launches.
• Gather evidence from customers, calls, tickets, data to decide what to build.
• Share and defend viewpoints to reach decisions and ship.
• Contribute to a low-ego, high-competency culture.
