Job summary

Calendly is seeking a seasoned Staff Product Manager to own the end-to-end roadmap for our intelligent customer experience. You’ll collaborate with Product, GTM, Marketing, Support, and AI/Data teams to close gaps in taxonomy, measurement, and process, delivering durable, multi-quarter capabilities that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience across startups and scale-ups.
Direct experience with AI-powered or conversational agents.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional standards and platform adoption.
Strong product sense with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Calendly's intelligent customer experience across AI and automation.
Increase automated resolution and balance with human support for complex issues.
Define AI quality metrics, resolution quality, and escalation effectiveness.
Build measurement and observability for agent quality and customer satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional partnerships with GTM, R&D, and support to align priorities.
