Assembled, a San Francisco-based company, is seeking a Product Manager to build agentic automation that supports staffing decisions and shift management in customer support operations. You will own the product from strategy through launch, working with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, including packaging and pricing tied to the automated work's value.

This role requires at least 4 years in enterprise B2B SaaS, strong communication, and a track record of delivering 0-to-1 products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to align engineering, design, commercial teams, and senior customer stakeholders.
• A track record of taking ambiguous, 0-to-1 products from concept to production and adoption.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to make product tradeoffs.
• Sound judgment about AI behavior, reliability, and when people should stay in control.
• Experience working directly with customers to understand complex workflows and turn those insights into product decisions.
• Experience at a growing startup, with the ability to prioritize and deliver as business needs evolve.

Responsabilités

• Own the product vision and roadmap for agentic automation, connecting customer needs to measurable business outcomes.
• Define the controls, visibility, and evaluations that let customers trust autonomous decisions and involve a person when needed.
• Work directly with customers to test the product in live operations, measure its impact, and drive adoption.
• Partner with go-to-market teams on packaging, pricing, and launch, and define the metrics that connect automated work to customer value and revenue.
