Job summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required


• 2-4 years' experience as a Product Owner/Manager on an Agile Scrum team required


• Experience in product management, software product lifecycle, road mapping, and agile methodologies


• Experience working within a matrix organization and collaborating with business stakeholders, user experience teams, project managers, developers, etc.


• Proven track record of project execution, completing and shipping excellent products on time and on budget


• Strong analytical skills, including assembling and interpreting data, creating executive summaries, and delivering business insights


• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, cross-collaboration, and team skills


• Ability to analyze performance measurements and identify key performance insights


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Ability to synthesize analytic results into strategic recommendations


• Ability to understand and explain complex issues and communicate situations at a high level


• Excellent oral and written communication skills


• Ability to create and manage a roadmap of features and enhancements


• Agile certification required
