Position: Product Manager
Focus: Commercial Cards & Payments
Location: Columbus, OH; Charlotte, NC; Minnetonka, MN; Detroit, MI; Hagerstown, MD
On-Site: 4 days per week on-site; 1 day per week remote

Position Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to support a growing product organization focused on commercial card solutions and platform modernization initiatives. This individual will play a key role in defining product requirements, developing Agile artifacts, and partnering with technology teams to deliver strategic enhancements and platform capabilities.
The ideal candidate has a strong product development background and is comfortable translating business needs into actionable epics, features, and backlog items. Experience within payments, commercial cards, card processing, or platform migrations is required.
Responsibilities
- Define, document, and manage product requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Create and refine Agile artifacts including epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery leaders to prioritize work and drive execution.
- Support the establishment and maturation of Agile delivery practices across newly formed development teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, product reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product requirements are clearly defined and understood.
- Assist with platform implementation, migration, and transformation initiatives.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for product enhancements and operational improvements.
- Monitor delivery progress and help remove obstacles that may impact successful execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience within commercial cards, payments, treasury management, or card processing environments.
- Banking or financial services industry experience
- 7+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or Product Development experience.
- Strong experience creating Agile artifacts, including:
- Epics
- Features
- User stories
- Acceptance criteria
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting technology-driven product initiatives from concept through implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting platform migrations, system implementations, or large-scale technology transformations.
- Knowledge of modern Agile delivery practices and two-week sprint frameworks.
- Experience working with fintech platforms and payment ecosystems.
- Exposure to Qolo is highly preferred.
