• Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to deliver high-quality candidates.
• Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across departments and locations.
• Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline via LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
