You will ensure a welcoming candidate experience from first contact and contribute to short-term projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Motivated to learn about technical recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring managers and recruiters across English and Mandarin-speaking regions to understand technical requirements.
• Help define candidate profiles and calibrate talent needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of top technical talent.
• Engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and other communities.
• Refine sourcing processes to boost efficiency and candidate quality.
