Job summary

TikTok is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support HR & Management in San Jose. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to source and engage candidates for non-technical roles across global markets, building robust and diverse pipelines while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

This 6-month temporary assignment is managed by a third-party agency. Strong sourcing skills, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, and excellent communication are essential

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, agency or in-house.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact roles across markets.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates through multiple channels with a focus on quality and speed.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Conduct outreach, pre-screening conversations, and candidate interviews to assess fit and interest.
• Conduct market mapping and provide insights into org structures and talent pools.
• Deliver market intelligence to inform recruiting strategies and stakeholder decisions.
• Maintain accurate tracking in ATS and other sourcing tools.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience and promote TikTok EVP.
