Qualifications

1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in agency or in-house environments.
Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other professional platforms to conduct solid mapping practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity.

Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for high-impact roles across global markets.
Proactively source passive and active candidates through multiple channels to ensure quality and speed.
Build and maintain robust, diverse talent pipelines for current and future openings.
Conduct outreach, pre-screening conversations, and candidate interviews to assess fit and interest.
Conduct market and organizational mapping to provide insights into target org structures and identify key talents.
Deliver market intelligence and sourcing insights to inform recruiting strategies and decisions.
Maintain accurate tracking in ATS and sourcing tools.
Ensure a high-touch candidate experience and promote TikTok's EVP.
