TikTok is seeking a Technical Sourcer for Global E-Commerce in Seattle, under a 6‑month temporary assignment with a third‑party agency. You will own the outbound top of the funnel for backend, infra, PM, and solution-architecture roles and partner directly with US E‑commerce hiring managers.

This outbound-focused role requires 2+ years of proactive sourcing experience, plus expertise with AI-assisted tools and technical resume evaluation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a dedicated sourcing role with ownership of proactive sourcing.
• Proven success sourcing candidates for technical roles and discussing results.
• Experience using AI-assisted sourcing platforms and judgment on automation vs. manual sourcing.
• Strong ability to evaluate engineering resumes and distinguish hands-on experience from keywords.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel outcomes: response rate, resume evaluation pass rate, and pipeline volume.
• Sourcing strategy for niche technical roles (backend, infra, PM, solution architect).
• Direct partnership with hiring managers and market reality communication.
• Develop and adapt outreach methods; create reusable assets like market maps and trackers.
