Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Eng Tech or Business; MBA desired.
• Minimum six years in product management.
• Minimum four years in managerial/leadership roles over product portfolios.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Salesforce).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with problem solving and teamwork.
• Travel 25-40%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and margin expansion for the assigned product line.
• Oversee bid/no bid processes through program Kick Off.
• Develop and manage the product portfolio strategy.
• Lead multi-generational roadmap development in line with strategy.
• Support new product development and government/regulatory requirements.
• Maintain product literature, catalogs and technical bulletins.
• Attend customer visits, conferences and trade shows.
• Act as liaison between company and customers.
• Develop and implement response strategies and IME initiatives.
• Monitor market needs and prioritize product development with Engineering.
