Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive professional experience in product management, business leadership, program management, or related functions with portfolio responsibility.
• Demonstrated leadership of teams and complex cross-functional programs; prior people-management experience required.
• Proven success managing P&L, forecasting, and customer relationships; strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Strong understanding of product, manufacturing technology, financial controls, and regulatory requirements; proficient with MS Office and Salesforce.

• Own product line P&L and business performance across revenue, bookings, margin, inventory, and forecast accuracy.
• Develop and execute product, pricing, promotion, and market strategies to drive profitable growth.
• Lead strategic planning, long-range forecasting, budgeting, and portfolio prioritization.
• Own the complete lifecycle and roadmap from concept to end-of-life for assigned products.
• Translate customer needs into priorities; serve as senior escalation point for customer and program issues.
• Lead cross-functional execution to meet quality, cost, delivery, and regulatory commitments; drive corrective actions.
• Direct major proposals, business cases, launches, and growth initiatives; align engineering with market needs.
• Drive portfolio simplification, cost-out, inventory improvements, and pricing actions; apply Parker Operating Principles.
• Monitor competitors and market dynamics; convert insights into actions.
• Build a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and collaboration.
