Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology or Business; MBA desired.
• Eight+ years product management experience in engineering or related field.
• Six+ years of managerial/leadership experience managing product portfolios.
• Experience owning product lifecycle from design concept to production and end-of-life.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Directs a strategy for multiple product lines to drive sales and margin expansion.
• Owns product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including launches and obsolescence.
• Leads cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, sales and production.
• Defines customer requirements and regulatory standards, shaping future product platforms.
• Collaborates with engineering to prioritize development efforts and validate solutions.
• Monitors sales and margins and recommends actions.
