Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree (engineering, engineering technology or business) required; MBA desired.
• 4+ years of product management, field sales, or engineering experience in life sciences or related industry.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the defined product line (product, promotion, pricing, channel) to drive sales and margin expansion.
• Develop and manage the product portfolio strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, sales and production to execute product launches and lifecycle management.
• Monitor sales, margins, and competitive positioning; identify actions to meet business goals.
• Support market research, customer requirements and regulatory standards as needed.
