Job summary

Power Innovations International, Inc. seeks a Product Manager to lead the Power Electronics portfolio and Tower of Power platform, overseeing hardware and firmware products. You will guide product strategy, pricing, and lifecycle, aligning development with market needs and customer requirements.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing to drive profitable growth, forecast demand, and ensure a positive customer experience while advancing the integrated platform roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
• Five years of product management or application engineering experience in electrical industry.
• Knowledge of electrical systems applications, NEC code and relevant UL standards.
• Preferred two years experience in electric vehicle, energy storage or power electronics field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Power Electronics portfolio & Tower of Power platform, managing revenue and margin, and driving the product roadmap and execution.
• Evaluate program financial viability and product family profitability with cross-functional teams.
• Capture voice of customer and market knowledge for new product development aligned to customer needs.
• Support GTM on Tower of Power/Low Voltage SST and coordinate with Marcom and Application Engineering for sales enablement.
