Job summary

Calnetix Technologies in Southern California seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of a power electronics product line. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, define the roadmap, and craft compelling positioning for B2B and defense markets.

The role requires strong technical depth in power electronics or embedded hardware, customer-facing experience, and the ability to manage cost, margin targets, and new contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in product management, product marketing, or technical program management for hardware-based products.
• Hands-on familiarity with electronics; motor controllers or drives and embedded systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to production, sustainment, and obsolescence.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with market needs and company goals.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation for B2B and defense markets.
• Track competitors and market trends to keep the portfolio competitive in performance, cost, and reliability.
• Interface with customers, including defense primes, integrators, and industrial OEMs.
• Gather and translate requirements into clear product and engineering specs; support sales and bid activities.
