Job summary

OmniOn Power is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own market-driven programs in the Traditional Core Products BU. This hands-on role requires a strong electrical engineering foundation and the ability to translate market and customer needs into differentiated, manufacturable product programs that deliver revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 7+ years in product management, product marketing, applications engineering, or technical commercial roles in power electronics/power conversion.
• Demonstrated commercial ownership: pricing strategy, margin management, business case development, and revenue/gross margin accountability.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional work in a matrix organization with R&D, manufacturing/operations, supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and customers.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred for deeper strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap aligned to Traditional Core Products BU goals.
• Lead market and competitive intelligence to improve win-rate, revenue, and margin.
• Be the voice of market and customer; shape requirements and investments.
• Own pricing strategy, value propositions, and margin optimization across programs.
• Develop business cases (TAM/SAM/SOM, ROI) and manage program pipeline.
• Collaborate with engineering, PMO, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales to ensure on-time, on-cost execution.
• Lifecycle management from concept to launch, ramp, sustaining, end-of-life.
• Go-to-market enablement with product marketing and corporate communications.
