• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 5-year product roadmaps for power electronics products.
• Define product positioning and ensure designs meet customer use cases.
• Own product lifecycle, including development, launch, growth, and obsolescence.
• Analyze VOC insights to inform features and technical direction.
• Support pricing strategy and contribute to value-based pricing with cross-functional partners.
• Create sales enablement materials and collaborate with engineering, operations and sales.
