Job summary

Zeta Global seeks a strategic product leader to architect and manage agentic systems, context graphs, and observability for AI-driven platforms. You will drive cross-functional alignment, prototype new capabilities, and oversee governance of tools, workflows, and platform standards.

The role emphasizes rapid iteration, scalable architectures, and translating complex technical concepts into actionable product strategies for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technical products involving LLMs, AI agents, and workflow systems.
• Strong knowledge of agent orchestration, context management, and scalable architectures.
• Experience with context graphs, semantic systems, and metadata platforms.
• Proficiency in instrumentation, telemetry, evaluation, and observability for AI systems.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams on architecture and standards.
• Systems thinking approach across product, data, infrastructure, and APIs to optimize outcomes.
• Hands-on familiarity with LangSmith, APIs, workflow orchestration, and AI development tools.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, prototype quickly, and translate experiments into scalable decisions.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage architecture for LLM agent chaining and orchestration across use cases.
• Lead Context Graph development for persistent user, brand, and workflow awareness.
• Build context streaming services for real-time, permission-aware data across workflows.
• Define telemetry framework to monitor agent routing, tool use, latency, and outcomes.
• Develop evaluation suites for agent quality, reliability, and end-to-end workflows.
• Guide Model Workbench development for non-technical marketers to leverage AI.
• Oversee MCP registration and governance for servers, tools, and capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on architecture standards and platform priorities.
• Define platform governance and prototyping approaches with rapid iteration culture.
• Troubleshoot and prototype using LangSmith and related observability platforms.
