Job summary

Zeta Global is building the Zeta Developer Platform, an AI-powered Marketing Operating System. We seek a Senior Product Designer to architect the Agentic and Vertical Apps framework, bridge design and engineering, and set standards for quality, speed, and innovation.

You will collaborate with design system teams, advance MCP patterns, and mentor designers while delivering production-grade AI-enabled experiences across the platform.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of product design experience in complex platforms or AI-driven products.
• Experience leading foundational or platform-level design.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-powered features/workflows.
• Mentoring designers and influencing standards.

Responsibilities

• Build the Foundation of Agentic & Vertical Apps and own/ evolve experiences in Figma; guide App Creation Process and establish scalable design foundations.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to define strategy and translate complex requirements into intuitive agentic experiences.
• Advance AI-Driven Design Patterns & Model Context Protocol experiences to shape user understanding and trust.
• Raise the Bar on Craft, Motion, and Interaction Quality across AI-powered workflows.
• Mentor, scale design impact, and establish systems for the team to operate with speed and confidence.
