Job summary

Zeta Global is building the Zeta Developer Platform and seeks a Senior Product Designer to architect the Agentic Apps Framework that powers end-to-end AI-powered experiences across the platform.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape scalable design foundations, mentor teams, and raise the bar on craft, motion, and interaction in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of product design experience on complex platforms, systems, or tools (B2B, SaaS, or AI-driven products preferred).
• Demonstrated experience leading foundational design work that scales across teams or workflows.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-powered features, workflows, or systems.
• Proven track record partnering closely with Product and Engineering in fast-paced environments.
• Experience mentoring designers and shaping design standards at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build Foundation of Agentic & Vertical Apps and maintain quality across the product ecosystem.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to translate requirements into intuitive agentic experiences.
• Iterate on Agentic App concepts to deliver unique customer use cases.
• Advance AI-driven design patterns, MCP patterns, and model contexts.
• Raise the bar on craft, motion, and interaction quality across AI workflows.
• Mentor and scale design impact by establishing systems and processes.
