Job summary

ZS is seeking a senior AI Engineering leader for ZAIDYN to expand and strengthen the team responsible for an agentic platform. This is a hands‑on, deeply technical role that combines architecture discussions with executive-level pitches on strategy and risks.

You will partner with product and platform teams to ensure trusted, auditable AI for enterprise clients. You will oversee architecture decisions, LLM orchestration, and production‑ready standards while managing a large engineering

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in AI/ML/Data engineering in a production context.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the ZAIDYN AI Engineering function.
• Own the Agentic Platform Architecture.
• Define and enforce engineering quality.
• Represent AI Engineering externally.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to ship trusted, production‑grade AI.
