Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the Agentic and Vertical Apps foundation for the Zeta Developer Platform. You will bridge design and engineering, influence MCP patterns, and craft AI-powered experiences used daily by enterprise customers.

Your work will define how AI-driven apps are built across the platform. You will own system-level design, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality experiences that push

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of product design experience in complex platforms, SaaS, or AI-driven products.
• Proven track record designing foundational or platform-level work across teams or workflows.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features and patterns.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to mentor designers and raise design standards without formal management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational Agentic & Vertical Apps experiences in design systems and Figma, ensuring scalable, high-quality product ecosystems.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to translate complex requirements into intuitive agentic experiences.
• Advance MCP-based AI interactions and agent behaviors to improve user trust and collaboration.
• Raise the bar on craft, motion, and interaction quality across AI-powered workflows and tools.
• Mentor designers and shape scalable design processes to enable rapid growth.
