Job summary

ContinuumGlobal is seeking an accomplished leader to shape the vision and roadmap for the Smart Marketing Engine and Agentic AI Platform. You will drive enterprise-grade AI solutions, collaborating with engineering, strategy, and client services to deliver measurable outcomes for Fortune 500 brands.

You will translate AI operating models into scalable product capabilities, partner with executive teams, and guide a team of product managers and engineers to deliver secure, compliant AI at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise software, SaaS, or AI product orgs.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, agentic systems, LLMs, and enterprise AI architecture.
• Experience with Fortune 500 clients and navigating enterprise software procurement.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmaps, and platform delivery for the Smart Marketing Engine and Agentic AI Platform.
• Lead design, build, test, and deployment of AI agents and multi-agent workflows with scalable processes.
• Partner with Strategy, Sales and Client Services to productize AI solutions for multiple industries and clients.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing AI product team and foster a culture of execution and client-centricity.
• Represent the product vision externally to Fortune 500 clients and executive stakeholders.
