Zeta Global is building the Zeta Developer Platform and seeks a Senior Product Designer to bridge design and engineering. You will shape AI-driven workflows, partner with Product and Engineering, and influence platform-wide UX patterns. This role emphasizes clarity, trust, and innovative AI experiences in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of product design experience on complex platforms or systems.
Experience designing and shipping AI-powered or data-informed products.
Proven track record of close collaboration with Product and Engineering.
Ability to balance craft, speed, and business impact.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend concepts.

Responsibilities

Design the Zeta Developer Platform Experience end-to-end, including AI-driven workflows.
Collaborate with Design Systems to ensure scalable patterns and consistency.
Partner with Product & Engineering to translate requirements into human-centered AI experiences.
Define how the platform communicates intent, progress, and explainability.
Lead through craft, motion, and interaction quality with prototyping and visuals.
Scale UX patterns and documentation across the platform for consistency.
