Job summary

You will collaborate with Product, AI/ML, Data, and DevOps to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, driving excellence and client-focused outcomes across engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software engineering and CS concepts.
• Experience leading teams while remaining hands-on.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale distributed apps.
• Backend skills with Python; familiarity with FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience building GenAI/LLM systems and AI pipelines.
• Ability to communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and client-first mindset.
• Experience driving engineering culture and talent development.
• Experience with cloud-native, observability & CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of large-scale GenAI-enabled systems.
• Guide design reviews, code reviews, and debt resolution.
• Drive planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple streams.
• Partner with Product/AI/DevOps/Data to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Mentor engineers and build a culture of technical excellence.
• Ensure systems are observable, reliable, and production-ready.
