Job summary

Scarpel Telecom is seeking a Product Lead to drive the development of the communication platform, shaping strategy and long-term vision. The product already includes SMS, instant messengers and CPaaS channels, and you will scale with new lines.

You will talk to clients about market needs, brief the CEO on strategy and investments, and work with engineers on architecture and trade-offs, building a talented product team in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex B2B products or platforms.
• Strong product discovery and strategic thinking.
• Understanding of communication platforms and CPaaS is a plus.
• Technical depth and ability to work with engineers.
• Experience in creating a product vision and long-term strategy.
