Job summary

Signalmash is seeking a versatile CPaaS Support & Product Manager to own the product experience end-to-end in a primarily remote role. You’ll blend product management, customer support, documentation, and technical problem-solving to ensure customers get maximum value from the Signalmash CPaaS platform.

You’ll work across product strategy, API documentation, customer education, support operations, and AI chatbot optimization—driving outcomes with a strong technical and customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of product management (SaaS or CPaaS preferred).
• Experience with APIs and developer-facing products.
• Basic coding/scripting (Python/JavaScript) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own CPaaS UI and APIs roadmap and prioritize features.
• Maintain API docs, developer guides, FAQs, and best practices.
• Create tutorials, onboarding flows, and explainer videos.
• Provide L1/L2 support and triage L3 issues.
• Train and monitor AI support bots and bot performance.
• Write scripts/tools to improve support efficiency.
