Job summary

RevSpring is seeking a Product Manager, Cost to own the roadmap and delivery for the cost engine, a shared platform powering cost estimates and benefit data across health systems and health plans.

You will lead a team of engineers, align with the CTO and VP of Price Transparency, and manage cross‑group requirements to ensure accuracy and scalability of the platform, delivering trustworthy cost experiences to members and patients.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of product management experience, ideally on a platform or shared service.
• Comfort leading engineers directly and collaborating with data/engineering leadership on architecture and prioritization.
• Ability to reconcile requirements from multiple stakeholders and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Understanding of healthcare cost estimation, benefit design, and how cost information reaches members/patients.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the cost engine, prioritizing accuracy, data sources, performance, and scalability.
• Lead a team of engineers, set priorities, review approaches, remove blockers, ensure delivery.
• Align with the CTO and VP of Data on data strategy and long-term platform direction.
• Gather and reconcile requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate into a coherent backlog.
• Safeguard accuracy of cost and benefit information and monitor quality standards.
