Job summary

Vatica Health, Inc. is seeking a Principal Platform Product Manager to steer the evolution of our value-based care platform—enabling risk adjustment, quality measurement, and patient care workflows.

This is an hands-on, individual-contributor role focused on strategy and fast decision-making. You will align roadmaps across engineering teams, manage transition paths for new capabilities, and ensure existing customers and data move forward without disruption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with platform-level ownership.
• Experience leading a major platform build or migration.
• Proven track record coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams.
• Able to move decisions forward in ambiguity with partial specs.
• Hands-on mindset: comfortable with data models and technical tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform strategy and roadmap from architecture decisions to feature specs.
• Lead the transition strategy for evolving the platform with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering teams and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Review data contracts and tradeoffs, writing specs when needed.
• Document product decisions with clear rationale and named owners.
• Validate designs with engineers and end users to solve real problems.
