Mastercard seeks a Lead Product Manager– Technical to advance the COSI platform, providing data-driven visibility into technology investments and performance. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business teams to define requirements and deliver new capabilities that improve cost transparency and operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes strategic roadmap execution, agile practices, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality

Qualifications

Experience converting business objectives into actionable product requirements and engineering-ready backlogs.
Strong collaboration with Engineering teams across the software development lifecycle.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product leadership to execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the COSI platform.
Own product discovery, requirements gathering, backlog management, and prioritization.
Translate business, financial, and operational requirements into user stories and delivery plans.
Drive delivery of capabilities related to cost transparency, capacity management, and operational analytics.
