Job summary

RevSpring seeks a Product Manager - Payments to oversee the TrustCommerce Platform, driving the product roadmap, prioritization, and commercial success.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, compliance, implementation, customer success, and executives to deliver measurable customer value and align with strategic objectives of RevSpring. This role requires strong leadership and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with healthcare or payments domain preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation through market launch and ongoing optimization.
• Develop deep understanding of healthcare payment workflows and customer pain points.
• Work with clients, partners, team members, vendors, and industry leaders to ensure product strategy alignment with organizational objectives.
• Define and monitor product KPIs such as adoption, utilization, release success, and support trends.
• Ensure compliance with corporate data security, privacy, legal, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
