Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product & Innovation – Commercialization & Execution in New York, NY, to help shape go-to-market strategies and cross-functional execution. You will partner with product, sales, marketing and clients to define segments, craft value propositions, and drive delivery of multi-product solutions that realize measurable business outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, execution of client and partner digital assets, and accelerating revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Product Strategy, Product Commercialization, or Go-To-Market in financial services, financial technology, digital assets or adjacent sectors.
• Strong understanding of financial services, capital markets, and investment products.
• Preferably digital assets expertise / experience.
• Proven ability to support complex cross-functional initiatives and work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define client segment and go-to-market strategies with product and sales teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish multi-product solutions and repeatable sales motions.
• Connect product roadmap and delivery to measurable business outcomes.
• Produce sales enablement materials and refine go-to-market messaging.
• Own execution of client and partner digital assets opportunities and broader program management.
