Job summary

BNY seeks a Specialist to join its Product & Innovation team in New York, NY. You will support execution and product development for complex initiatives spanning capability builds, partnerships, and client activations.

You’ll translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, coordinate across teams, track milestones, surface risks, and help delivery across products, platforms, and functions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced settings.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or digital assets in US/NY/EU is a plus.
• Familiarity with execution tracking tools such as Asana or Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives by helping track progress, manage workplans, and drive follow-through across key milestones.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to surface risks and dependencies, and support informed decision-making.
• Coordinate across teams including Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and external partners to facilitate alignment and progress.
• Assist in identifying, tracking, and escalating risks, issues, and interdependencies to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to preparation of materials, reporting, and updates to provide clear visibility into initiative status, risks, and next steps.
• Support adoption of standardized execution and governance practices across initiatives.
• Utilize knowledge of legal, regulatory and digital market structure to develop solutions from concept to launch and secure approvals.
