Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or similarly structured and regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Familiarity with laws, rules, regulations, and guidance concerning blockchain, distributed ledger technology, tokenization, and cryptoassets in the US and EU.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives by tracking progress and driving milestones.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and external partners to align and progress initiatives.
• Identify, surface, and escalate risks, issues, and interdependencies to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare materials, reports, and updates to provide visibility into initiative status and next steps.
• Support adoption of standardized execution and governance practices across initiatives.
• Provide end-to-end guidance from conceptualization through internal and regulatory approval for launches.
