Job summary

Rivian in Scottsdale seeks a Product Guide III to be the face of the brand, delivering intuitive, engaging experiences from first engagement to vehicle delivery. You will educate customers, build loyalty, and over-deliver to delight the Rivian community while showcasing product expertise and brand values.

You will use POS and CRM tools, participate in events, demos, and community activities, and uphold premium retail standards across how customers are welcomed and served.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, automotive, clean energy solutions, field marketing, sales, education, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers, providing a positive and inclusive experience.
• Achieve KPIs: leads captured, lead capture rate, lead-to-drive rate, sales orders.
• Engage with customers and tailor experiences including demonstrations and deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives, including events, gear demos, and community activities.
• Maintain brand, product, and CRM/POS knowledge; support visuals and operations.
