ARC’TERYX in Boulder, CO is seeking a part-time Product Guide to deliver a best-in-class brand experience on the retail floor, sharing technical product knowledge and solving guest needs.

You’ll weave product insights into interactions, champion the brand in-store and in the community, and grow with the team through store projects, merchandising feedback, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work part-time with weekend availability.
• Comfort with outdoor and active lifestyles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience and assist with guest problem solving.
• Share technical product knowledge and weave it into guest interactions.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Support store leadership on projects and brand initiatives.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and assist with returns.
