• Build deep product knowledge and weave it into guest interactions authentically.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Develop your passions in and out of the store with team support.
• Support store leadership on projects and brand initiatives to elevate guest experience.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
• Maintain open, collaborative relationships with your team and leadership.
• Handle store tasks as assigned by leadership and assist with operations.
