• Experience working in close partnership with sales teams and product leaders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive product growth for assigned products, including new logo sales and upsell within existing customers.
• Partner with regional sales and account teams to identify target accounts and segments; develop product-specific sales strategies and growth plans.
• Support pipeline development and deal progression, including participation in client and broker discussions.
• Equip sales teams, brokers, and consultants with clear value propositions and client-ready messaging.
• Deliver and support sales training, product education sessions, market-facing presentations.
• Translate complex product features into client-relevant benefits.
