Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Product Forward Deployed Engineer (pFDE) for the Converge for FSI team to drive GTM and delivery of Signals products. You will partner with Market Makers, Product Managers and engineering teams to qualify product fit, pitch to clients, and deliver proofs of concept.

Required: 3+ years in client-facing management or technology consulting, 2+ years in financial services, and ability to travel 20–40%. You will join a high-growth, innovation-driven environment in the US.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, market research, data science or equivalent.
3+ years of client-facing management or technology consulting experience.
2+ years in financial services consulting or delivery.
Experience working with engineering, data science, or technical delivery teams.
Ability to travel 20-40% on average.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sale: build relationships and shape product opportunities with market makers and client executives.
Pre-Sale: deliver pitches and demos translating Signals value into a business case.
Pre-Sale: prepare GTM materials for reuse by Sales and Product teams.
Pre-Sale: scope, price, and staff engagements with Product Managers.
Pre-Sale: enable licencing and standardized agreements for market adoption.
Post-Sale: lead delivery of proofs of concept and in-market testing.
Post-Sale: manage client scope, timeline, and outcomes after sale.
Post-Sale: feed product backlog with client requirements and gaps.
Post-Sale: create reusable delivery assets and playbooks.
Post-Sale: provide client feedback to product teams and support knowledge transfer.
