The role blends engineering analysis with hands-on troubleshooting and customer engagement across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of two years of engineering or technical service experience.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and root cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and specialized service tooling.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities
